By accessing or using Bidscoin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Listing submissions
You must submit only projects and URLs that you are authorized to promote. Submitted content must not be deceptive, unlawful, malicious, or infringe the rights of another person.
3. Payments and ranking
Payments purchase a listing position at the time payment is confirmed. Rankings can change whenever another project submits a higher valid bid. Payments are not an investment and do not guarantee traffic, users, revenue, or token performance.
4. Listing data
After successful payment, Bidscoin may retrieve publicly available token metadata such as a name, symbol, image, description, market information, contract address, blockchain, and social links. The submitted project URL is used as the listing destination.
5. Prohibited use
You may not submit phishing websites, malware, impersonation pages, fraudulent tokens, illegal services, or content designed to harm users. Bidscoin may remove prohibited listings without notice.
6. Third-party services
Payments and token information may be provided by third-party services. Bidscoin is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or policies of third-party websites and providers.
7. No financial advice
Bidscoin is a discovery and advertising platform. Nothing on the website is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Users must perform their own research before interacting with any project.
8. Limitation of liability
Bidscoin is provided as available without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidscoin is not liable for losses arising from listings, project websites, token activity, ranking changes, third-party services, or use of the platform.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use of Bidscoin after an update means you accept the revised terms.
